Works great, and was fairly easy to replace.

It was easy to fix and screen looks good. It's just not as bright as a factory one

The part works well, although the feeling is that it needs to be pressed more than the original. The LCD together with touch screen is easy to remove from the car. Main trouble was to separate touch screen from LCD, because the glue layer is very thin and original, faulty, touch screen broke.Metal frame which supports the screen must be heated around with high temperaturę and the blade tool must be very thin, to avoid distruction of the old screen, although even if old screen is broken it does not make the difference with final result.

Took a while to ship out but overall great!

Worked perfectly and is 100% match to the orignal screen. A bit difficult to get the old screen detached as it was seriously shattered but a little patience resulted in a clean repair. Would definately recommend this part for anyone replacing a Uconnect 8.4 touchscreen.

Just what I needed to fix a cracked screen on a 2018 Dodge Journey. Screen looks clearer than the original.

The ribbon was ripped off the glass within the packaging. But the seller sent a new replacement. Works well on my 15 dodge journey.

Got quoted $350 to repair my cracked screen, did a little research and with this, some repair tape, and about 30 minutes, I was able to fix it myself for about 85% less than the quote. The screen looked to be high quality and fit perfect. Works like new. Great!

Picked this digitizer for my replacement choice after looking at similar parts and double checking part numbers. Installing was straight forward with little difficulty. My only issue that should be addressed is the packaging of the part it was on a piece of carpet in plastic that someone failed putting tape on it to hold it from moving.

My touch screen had been unresponsive for more than a year. I watched a couple videos- decided to give this a shot, works like new! Took a couple hours, but I have zero experience, so if you are familiar with taking apart dashboards etc, it would be even easier. I have saved an extra 1000.00!

High quality replacement part. This package had everything necessary to replace my broken screen on my radio. Everything seemed to be as good if not better than OEM. I did find a problem though. After I got the new screen secured onto the metal frame with the double sided tape I discovered I needed the newer model with 8 strand ribbon instead of 4. I am the only to blame for this mistake. Have now ordered the correct one and hopefully it is just as high quality as this one was.
