Shipping Information

Shipping Methods, Estimated Delivery Time and Shipping Fees:
Estimated Delivery Time is calculated as “maximum handling days + maximum transit days.” Estimated delivery date is calculated using days, and also takes order cutoff time into account.

Handling Time:1-2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Will usually ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving cleared payment.

Shipping Method 2:
  • Expedited shipping, mainly the USPS Priority Mail and FedEx 2-Day Shipping.
  • Ship To: United States.
  • Transit Time: 2-4 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Fees: $24.50.

How much is shipping?

Where can I track my package?
We will upload the tracking number to your order within 2 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving cleared payment. Please track it from your order or from the following offical website:

Return and Warranty Policy

What is your return and refund policy?
We only accept return within 30 days under the Brand New condition with all accessories in the original package. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for customer to return the item back to our warehouse advised by our support team. Company will provide a refund for the product(s) (not including any expedited shipping charges). Follow below steps to return the product(s) purchased through our website within 30 days after delivery:

1.Contact our Support team (email: support@tosumc.com) to initiate the return process, obtain authorization to submit the products for return.
2.We will provide you a prepaid return shipping label within 4 business days for your return.
3.Pack the products in the original packaging to ensure the products will be returned without damage.
4.Once the package is received by us and confirmed in brand new condition, we will issue the refund less the expedited shipping charges in five (5) business days with an email confirmation.

What is the warranty?
We offer 1 year warranty from the date when you receive the item. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, please return the defective item and our company will repair it or exchange a new one for you.

This warranty excludes any artificial damage.
