Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're more than happy to help. We offer free and easy returns for all orders.
If your item is damaged / broken in transit or it is defective when you receive it, return for a refund is accepted. In this case, we will provide you a prepaid shippping label to return it and you will get a full refund. But expedited shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
If your item is damaged / broken in transit or it is defective when you receive it, return for an exchange is accepted. In this case, we will provide you a prepaid shippping label to return it and will send a new replacement (the same item) to you.
If you want to return an item for your reasons, such as because of "change my mind" / "bought by mistake", and the return is requested within 30 days since delivery, return for a refund is accepted. In this case, we will provide you a prepaid shippping label to return it and you will get a full refund. But expedited shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label within 4 business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Expedited shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable (if applicable).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged/broken in transit. If you need to return your item for an exchange, send us an email at support@tosumc.com.

To return your product, please send us an email at support@tosumc.com before returning and we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label.
To return your product for a refund, expedited shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
If an order is returned, processing/handling fees won't be applied.
